Health and Clinical Services

At CLASS, as people with disabilities work on their day-to-day living goals, the Health and Clinical support staff works to promote a balance of health them. We help your loved ones feel good, inside and out, at work and at their leisure.

CLASS puts together a treatment team for each person to ensure their daily and long-term health needs are met, so they gain more independence and live life to its fullest. Treatment teams manage regular health screenings, one-to-one therapy, and medication management and administration. We focus on the individual’s Day Habilitation plan, integrating supports for:

  1. Communication
  2. Fine and gross motor skills
  3. Leisure time planning
  4. Activities of daily living
  5. Health and wellness
  6. Adaptive equipment – the use of wheelchairs, splinting
    and computer-assisted technology
