President & CEO: Alfred Frugoli
Alfred Frugoli became president and CEO of CLASS / Arc of Greater Lawrence on April 2, 2018.
As a champion of the CLASS culture, Al has inspired, energized, and connected with individuals in CLASS programs, employees, partners and collaborators, and local businesses. Al’s strategy and execution track record is exactly what CLASS needs to move toward CLASS's 2020 Vision.
He joined CLASS in 2015 as chief operating officer, where he was responsible for operations oversight including programs, enrollment, quality, case management, clinical services and transportation.
Al has 20 years of experience running programs for individuals with disabilities, families experiencing homelessness and elders. He began his career as the area director for Seven Hills Family Services in Northern Worcester County, and most recently he was the site manager for Nevins PACE and Adult Day Health Center for Element Care in Methuen. Al holds a bachelor's degree in rehabilitation services from Springfield College and a master's degree in nonprofit management from Worcester State University.
