Programs and Services
Founded in 1976, CLASS has developed innovative programs to increase employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, address issues of health and wellness, and to promote social and recreational activities.
Day Hab and Clinical Support includes helping individuals develop social, interpersonal, and behavioral skills with staff support. Occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy are provided. CLASS has a team of nurses on site daily.
Our Career & Employment program provides assistance with job training and employment opportunities on-site in CLASS' production facility, and placement and supervision for clients who work at job sites with area employers.
Transportation to and from CLASS, as well as area employers.
Case Coordination, advocacy, and assisting clients in self-advocacy.
An Assistive Technology Department and Resource Center (AT) to help increase mobility, communication, and overall independence.
The Arc of Greater Lawrence provides support, information, networking, and recreational opportunities for children with developmental disabilities and their families.
Our Adult Foster Care Program (AFC) provides clinical and financial assistance to qualifying caregivers or family members to assist them to care for their loved ones with developmental disabilities in a home setting.
